Accessibility

If you have difficulty using or accessing any element of this website or on any Consolidated Credit mobile app or tool, please feel free to contact us and we will work with you to provide the information, item, or transaction you seek through a communication method that is accessible for you consistent with applicable law (for example, through telephone support).

Consolidated Credit is committed to ensuring accessibility of its website and intranet to people with disabilities. We endeavor to have new and updated web content produced by our organization to meet WCAG 2.0, Level AA conformance, by the end of 2020. We are actively taking a variety of steps and devoting resources to further enhance the accessibility of our website and other technology.

Third party content providers are aware of our web accessibility policy. Consolidated Credit will also favor providers based on their accessibility conformance claims. Unfortunately, some third-party content on our site, including maps, may not be accessible despite best efforts.

This policy will be reviewed annually on or before September 1, each year, starting in 2018, using the process described at Website Accessibility Conformance Evaluation Methodology. Reviews are the responsibility of the IT department, relying on the services of A360, among others. Accessibility checks will be incorporated into the publishing workflow for all new content. Although we are proud of the efforts that we have completed and that are in-progress, we at ADQ view accessibility as an ongoing effort.

Any issues with site accessibility or suggestions on how we can improve our site should be reported to [email protected].
